subjects. Great for those with limited time to invest.
1 day Instructor led courses: Short
courses in specific subjects, from basic to more advanced. Courses such as
Introduction to Microsoft Word will give a general overview of the application,
while Introduction to eBay will help you learn to trade safely online.
Technical refreshers: For those who
already have technical experience or even full qualifications but who just need
a quick reminder perhaps before a job interview or exam.
Fast track Industry Certification Courses:
Fast paced, boot camp style courses with an emphasis on gaining certification
industry certification.
Academy Courses: Slower paced courses,
blended learning with a strong emphasis on hands on practical exercises so the

Soft Skills: Instructor led courses in a
range of soft skills from Effective Selling techniques, Time management and
marketing your business online.
Relevant Skills: Courses broken down into

We offer over 120 courses
from the very basic levels of ICT to the more technical.
These include: CompTIA A+, N+, S+, CWNA (Wireless),
Cisco CCNA and Microsoft MCSE as well as numerous soft skills courses
such as "Effective Presentation Skills", "Being a More Effective Manager"
and "Advanced Selling Skills".

Cisco
Regional Networking Academy
As a regional academy
for Cisco, we are responsible for recruiting, training and quality assuring
other Cisco local academies. We currently have academies that we support in
both the UK and Africa.
Through
our Train to gain funding, HBCA are now able to offer modules 1 and 2 of the
CCNA through our Cisco Academy programme, for FREE. Students must be EU
